به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس به نقل از ، این شرکت کره ای قصد دارد بیش از 100 هزار واحد مسکونی در اطراف شهر بغداد پاینخت عراق احداث کند .

بر اساس این گزارش ، سخنگوی این شرکت کره ای تاکید کرد دولت عراق نیز با این قرارداد موافقت کرده است و هیچ مشکلی برای اجرای نهایی آن وجود ندارد . قرار است رییس این شرکت کره ای برای امضای این قرار داد به زودی به عراق سفر کند .

بر این اساس شرکت کره ای قصد دارد علاوه بر احداث 100 هزار واحد مسکونی در منطقه بسمایا در ده کیلومتری بغداد ، زیر ساختهای مربوط به این شهر مثل جاده های جدید سیستم آبرسانی و فاضلاب را نیز احداث کند .

عراق قصد دارد تا سال 2016 میلادی بیش از 9.8 میلیارد دلار برای احداث جاده و مسکن سرمایه گذاری کند. محمد صاحب الدراجی وزیر مسکن عراق تاکید کرد با توجه به افزایش قیمت جهانی نفت و رشد در آمد های ارزی ، عراق قصد دارد بودجه اختصاص یافته به بخش مسکن جاده سازی را دو برابر افزایش دهد .

بر این اساس ، میزان تولید نفت عراق طی ماههای اخیر رشد چشمگیری داشته است . وزیر مسکن عراق پیش بینی کرد میزان تولید نفت این کشور تا سال 2016 میلادی به بیش از شش میلیون بشکه در روز خواهد رسید .

میزان تولید نفت عراق در گزارش ماهانه اوپک طی ماه آوریل به بیش از 3.03 میلیون بشکه در روز رسیده است .
